  1. Optimism does nothing without action. If you watch this and continue living your life without making any meaningful change to make the world better, then it's less than useless. And I bet dollars to donuts you will go on your day feeling like you've done enough just by feeling positive. Nothing will be done. We ALL need to do better. If you take the "my carbon footprint" test, I guarantee you will get more than 2 earths needed to sustain your lifestyle. The earth just can't handle all of us living the way we do.
