  2. ​ @GermanSausagesAreTheWurst  Cicadas ARE tasty! Get them right when they do their final molt as they emerge and they're very soft, cooked the texture is crispy outside and creamy inside, like soft chocolate. They taste like crayfish with a nice nuttiness, like if you had shrimp with a cashew sauce or something. They're really good.
