  1. My fiance worked on this. Every time he brings the equipment home, I get freaked out by the eye projection thing. The reason it's so expensive is the casing. It's got no straight lines, so each one requires an overly complicated 3D CAD-driven laser cutter to carve each one out individually. It's ridiculous. If they just used premade materials, the cost would be reduced by at least half.
