  1. 9:10 love it yeah many of my progressive friends always say they need this cause otherwise only white people will be hired. Lol I always ask so are all other races dumber than white people and some say yes cause they weren’t born with White privilege or they might be poor it’s truly incredible to hear. Unfortunately now with many of this diversity and equity I’m more liable to have judgements cause logic dictates o okay it’s a white straight male he’s not a check box so he has to be good at his job to be hired here that’s the mentality they create and it’s sad and pathetic. Meritocracy over everything please
