  1. Yeah unfortunately that’s the culture I disagree with h1-B but Americans top jobs they want are podcasters and influencers why there’s no prestige as an engineer vs a podcaster

  2. Another factor pat this seems like the usual political bandaid are we going to fix our schools and culture. Hell no we will just import other cultures I agree we should recruit the best but basically your saying we need engineers just import them. Well why are our children not wanting to be engineers 🧑‍💻. It’s our culture it’s our schools and nothing will change and you will lose the American culture. Granted slower than if we have massive immigration but if you look at the stats only 16% of births in 2024 were from Americans the rest were from immigrants. Double check me on it but there was a graph with those numbers and that’s horrible.
