5:24 the problem with this dynamic is with divorce laws if you don’t have a cheerleader at the first sign of hardship that’s your life up in smoke because she will burn it all down. You can call it Disney but in the old days of arranged marriages after the women were given away there was no divorce and move to another guy that’s the major change. You need a Disney relationship of a supportive woman or your guaranteed to be a statistic unless your already wealthy but even then they won’t deal with a decrease in their standards of living even if only a little bit.

@MonstroLab difference is today they can divorce before once you were arranged marriage that’s it you make it work. Today not so much you can still end up alone at the end.
