Would be sort of cool if Ukrainian forces surprised everyone by launching an attack through Belarus quickly pushing inferior Belarus forces out of their way and then charged into Russia and cut off St Petersburg from the rest of Russia and then demanded that all Russian troops leave Ukraine if Russia wants its ancient capital back. Unfortunately that would happen only in the movies.

Western countries need to stop being impatient with Ukrainian efforts to win the war. Ukraine is fighting against a country with a much bigger population that started the war with vast stores of military supplies and equipment built up over many decades going back the Soviet era and with a brutal leadership that is happy to commit war crimes or terrorist acts or use any other tactic it thinks will help it win. Keep supporting Ukraine financially and with military weapons, equipment and supplies and don't give in to Russian political pressure and give Ukraine the time it needs to win. Not sure if Ukraine will win by pushing Russian forces right out of Ukraine or because Russia effectively goes bankrupt and can no longer afford to continue fighting or some combination of these two but i think that inevitably Ukraine will win and as long as western countries continue to support Ukraine i see no chance that Russia will win. Russia's only chance to win was February/March 2022 and they blew it and haven't done anything significant since except to retreat large distances on all three fronts.

Go ahead Russian troll. Celebrate with other Russian trolls the "momentous" Russian victory of taking only 10 months to capture part of a small city at a vast cost to Russian lives, equipment and stores of shells. Amusing how you Russian trolls cling desperately to the "great Russian victory" in part of one tiny city after Ukrainian forces pushed Russian forces far back on all three fronts and after Russia's March offensive was so pathetic that nobody even noticed it because capturing part of one tiny city after ten months of effort is all the Russian military and Russian trolls have to celebrate. You're like a guy who brags about climbing almost to the top of a 100 metre tall hill while other people his age are climbing mountains.

@jethroarnaiz2216 a clear sign of a Russian troll is a person who is so used to consuming Russian government propaganda that when they hear balanced, free, honest western media they have the delusion that it is propaganda. I will admit that the western media got Bakhmut wrong in a way in suggesting that Russian forces might quickly take the city and possibly encircle Ukrainian troops there when in fact western media forget how incompetent and dysfunctional and just plain stupid the Russian military is and so did not foresee the reality that Russian forces would waste vast amounts of Russian lives, equipment and shells in a futile attempt to take the whole city and still not succeed after ten months of trying.

@peterwebb8732 so how did those Iraqi deceptive tactics work out in Iraq's two wars against the United States? Not too well I hear. Apparently the American military didn't waste time or money hitting fake Iraqi tanks because they were busy quickly destroying real Iraqi tanks.
