He was smart enough to not be entrapped by his enemies with political questions, for example: when they asked him whether it was lawful to pay taxes to Caesar, his answer is wonderfully ambiguous. Or when Pilate asked him whether he was the 'King of the Jews' he replied: "Thou hast said", which is way of neither confirming nor denying the charge. I doubt he would endorse any of those parties. His mission was to change the human heart of the individual. The world changed because enough hearts were changed. So other than that, I don't have the answer to your question. But I'm sure it would be the one that restricts human liberty the least.
