  2. @Tcar, Christianity is in major decline. Standards are in major decline. Traditional industry is dead. English birthrates are in decline. Immigration increases. Marriage is dying. Abortions are at 200k annually. 25% of British children now raised by single-parents. Education has been overtaken by the far-left. Feminism has destroys gender-relations.   5. It may be bollocks to you mate, but to the vast majority of mankind today and the majority that have ever lived, believed otherwise. And if you're going to discard Christianity then start with the England flag, which is a symbol for Christ. Don't be inconsistent.

  9. bioiclebenable, The slaying of the dragon is an obvious metaphor. The dragon is a symbol of human nature, which is inclined to sins like anger, greed, lust, etc..... The overcoming of the dragon is be born a new man, a Christ-man, one who walks the spiritual road to enlightenment. Basically it's about overcoming our lower nature as animals to pursue virtue and wisdom. I like the England flag because it's a symbol of Christ: The cross is the cross, the white represents purity (Christ lived a sinless life), and the red represents sacrifice (Christ shed his blood to redeem mankind). But i much prefer Saint Edmund for patron saint of England, afterall he died a martyr in England itself.

  10. I completely agree studmalexy, great comment. Liberalism is a cult, you have to believe in their insanity or be purged from society. The move towards 'equality' is just a move towards big government. It has nothing to do with freedom and everything to do with forcing people into associating with a group of people who engage in deviant behaviour.

  12. Daniel Sevell, No, because happiness on it's own doesn't determine right from wrong. Alcoholics are happy when drinking, sluts are happy slutting, and leftists are happy destroying nations. Sometimes, doing the right thing means reducing your levels of happiness. Men who work tirelessly to provide for their children can be said to be unhappy about constantly working, but they're doing the right thing nontheless.

  15. Remark, Without Christ there is no redemption of mankind, without redemption there is no hope of eternal life. Christ was more than man and no mere prophet. English culture is Christianity and Christianity is English culture. Remove one and you lose the other. Even the flag is a symbol of Christ. England is technically a Christian country, but de facto secular, and as a result England has now been overtaken by a newer more aggressive religion first warned about by George Orwell in 1984: Progressivism.

Der Panda, True, but sport is now the last area in which the English people can be overtly nationalistic, but traditional English culture is no longer dominant in society, so people disconnect traditional English culture from national pride. A leftie can be patriotic, but his patriotism is for a culture which is at odds with traditional English culture.
