But my point is that her decision to go from a hyper-conservative Muslim to a secular liberal is obviously an emotional reaction against what happened to her, rather than an honest search for the truth. She just wanted to be as far away from what this man represents because she now links the two in her mind.

  3. +Proud Murtadd, Comparing Christianity with Islam is like comparing a high-performance sports car with an hundred year old model T ford. Them both being vehicles and both having an engine and four wheels may give them a certain similarity, yet subtle differences under the bonnet provide huge dramatic differences in performance. Similarly, Christianity and Islam may both be Abrahamic religions, yet subtle differences in doctrine result in huge dramatic differences in the performance of society. Example: Christianity - Believes God is the sole and final judge, jury and executioner of sin (when it comes to sexual immorality). Islam - Believes they should be the sole and final judge, jury and executioner of sexual sin. One brings about a free society, the other, a theocracy. Therefore both are not the same, Islam being the worse of the two, if you care about individual liberty. But you can only have individual liberty in a society where people are not sexually immoral, and Christianity is the only religion which discourages sexual immorality while allowing people the freedom to do so.
