  1. People are not asking the right question here. Instead of asking: "Why haven't they banned guns yet?", you should be asking: "Why are so many people resorting to mass shootings of innocent people?". And this is the real question to ask, because this wasn't an issue 50 years ago when guns were even more readily available, so what has really changed? The answer lies in politics, culture, family, technology, mental health, etc..... These killing won't stop until these issues are addressed. Banning guns will only change the method of killing, not stop the killing itself.
