  2. So evidence doesn't count then? Imagine someone accusing you, your father, your husband, your brother or your friend of sexually assaulting them 36 years ago and having no way of defending themselves against the false accusation. Imagine that.

  5. L.F.C NEWS & VIEWS  I just find it quite scary that anyone can come along after 36 years and claim you did something way back then and not having the ability to defend yourself. Everyone now thinks he's a potential rapist based upon the words of one woman, who may not be telling the truth or simply telling half-truths. Then again, if your were attacked way back then and you know you cannot prove anything, it must be pretty distressing seeing your attacker walking about a free man.
