  1. Bashing Christianity is so trendy right now, even hollywood's on board. It's almost rebellious these days to be a Christian, like in the times of the J-man.

Polls and news articles can never quite capture the reality of life in a distant land, they're usually heavily biased and selective. "strongest economies", when you witness the evironment the people live in, you'll know why, and it's isn't due to lack of religious belief. And 'happiness' is subjective to the individual, people who take drugs are happy, alcoholics are also happy, does that happiness = what's best for a society? think about that for a while. Also certain groups may be happy, but not all groups, afterall, one man's Heaven is another man's Hell.

  3. sieben The answers to our existence are still up in the air, yes we have moved on from a certain type of religious superstition, but to claim that you know for certain what life is all about, is pure arrogance.

  5. ***** I never said anything about persecution, bashing something does not equal persecution, just a blind prejudice. And i'm not in the US, come to Europe and see how wonderful a secular society turned out.

  7. Niklas Hansen Christianity has been shown to be declining in most western European nations. And my point is that a decline in Christianity hasn't created a utopia like some atheists would like you to believe, it's actually caused many social problems.
