The Hopeful One Objection to gay marriage is not "anti-gay", there would be the same objection to incestuous marriage and polygamuous marriage just as much as gay marriage, it's more about the redefinition of marriage from being One Man and One Woman, it's a socio-political standpoint, it's not discrimination. You can actually have gay people that are also against gay marriage, are they "anti-gay" also? So in reality, this isn't the bakery being bigotted, it's people trying to force them to do something they disagree with. That's real bigotry and intolerance.

  2. The Hopeful One You cannot force somebody to use their own labour (time and energy) in exchange for money if that person does not want to, that's coersion. They have a right to refuse service to anyone provided it's not discrinatory against an individual for being different. As i've already proved that opposition to gay marriage is not equal to opposition to gay people, a business therefore can refuse to bake a cake for a gay wedding without it violating the rights of homosexuals. You may think it's childish, but being childish is not a crime.
