  1. Imagine you are a dictator, like Put or Ping, being at war with every nation simultaneously, but you only have a few thousand missiles. What do you do? Its like playing 1000 games of chess simultaneously, the complexity cripples you and you maybe let off one or two missiles, into the highest population regions, just to go out with a bang. As you go to press the button, all those years of oppression and neglect become apparent, and the missile goes off on the launch pad.

  2. The problem is, tyrants work based on fear, to get you to change your actions based on fear. We are no more likely to be hit, than a meteor strike or hit by a bus, but these things can happen. Main thing is, never submit to any authority using this as a means to grab power and control, domestic and foreign, because that is what this is always about.
