If you say when the big bang was, you must also say where it was. Otherwise, the age of the universe will be different depending upon where you are in the Universe. It seems that time is a function of moving through the field of space. If we were to come to a dead stop in space, then time would stop for us.

@LaurentCassaro If time is not a function of moving through space, then time must be constant as measured by a theoretical observer from outside of the universe, which means time must have existed before the big bang. I am saying, we experience time as we move through space and our experience of time started at the big bang, since that is the point at which we trace particles back to zero movement in space, but to have a complete understanding we would need to state where in space the big bang happened.
