  2. Great video, if I drive my 10+ year old "banger" very minimally, and repair it myself, I get no green points, whereas, if I buy a brand new EV, I can generate the illusion of green, I get lots of green points.

  5. I6 are better if you just think about the engine itself, but V6 can be packaged in a shorter wheelbase with centre intake and exhaust either side. edit: in other words the V6 has lower c of g.

  6. If I had I only boost one, I would say the 4AGE would make a better naturally aspirated head, due to valve timing control and overlap scavenging. whereas the 4AFE would be better off turbocharged after dropping the CR and removing sharp edges in combustion chamber.

  7. a lower polar moment of inertia, makes it easier to yaw or spin the car, but also easier to correct. It's just more responsive.

  29. I often think of turbocharging as analogous to steroids for body builders, versus, naturally aspirated engines, which is of course the "natural" bodybuilders. Horses for courses. There is something deeply rewarding about big power gains from naturally aspirated, whereas turbo charging you just feel like a whore.
