  4. with ref to regulation, you could have an ftx type thing onshore in US, just you would have to state and prove exactly what you were doing in the background, and that claiming customer funds were held in custody, would not be allowed. Also, swapping out customer funds, with synthetic collateral would not be allowed.

  7. If Govs did decide to shut down Bitcoin exchanges on home turf, then a good hedge would be Ethereum (ETH) since they have fully decentralized exchanges currently running. (No off button) I actually don't think it will come to that, because, govs will prob see Bitcoin as part of their diversified strategy, along with Gold.
