Instead of everyone blowing each other up we need to start bracing to make the necessities while making the home models. That is key so forcing migration or things like that can be done with basic humane principles. Russia is getting Ukraine but Germany is setting others. Bringing Rome back as an empire formed through nation coalitions would basically create an iron wall against germania and Russia's empires cultures. Obviously Italy, Spain, and Greece would be the culture peacock for that empire. Mongolia and My Kazakhstan n such would be a good merge of culture between Russia and china. The nordic and celtic are easy to get their own coalition empires going on. Isreal and Iran(persia) both get their Empires. Its certain other areas of islanders and India that I'd need to study some. Particular ones like the Ukrainian people and getting England right to one degree or another are the ones to think on. Just my opinion
