  2. Being detained just means questioned and put in a car. When u act a fool u get treated like a fool. They then charge u with bs so they dont have to deal with the outcry. Makes complete sense. And even giving them charges. Its making people who make society worse for no reason have records so they kept out of areas where people care...... For instance a hit and run they care about finding whom. You may not and thats on you. Want to play childish n make it hard on them, get treated like u are.... If the cops wanted to make it stick they should've charged em with messing with an investigation. The fact the lady was explained why she got arrested n kept talking smack tells u pretty much all u need to know about what kinda people they are. If they knew they didnt do anytime they should've just been polite and if arrested had a real reason to sue.... No sympathy for people who play these games. Imagine if they were chasing a guy who just toolboxed a kid? Some people don't want to make things better. For everyone crying about his baby?....he still wouldn't give his name and cooperate after being handcuffed n sat down knowing his kid needs him.... Learn to care for those worth caring about.
