  1. What matters is if both parties are willing to do whatever it takes to make it work healthily. If they won't or refuse to even communicate, divorce at that point isn't really a choice then. They are failing their vows and choosing to do so. If there's no communication it's almost impossible to not trip up over each other or get in each others way.

  2. You have to make it true. If it's true, divorce isn't an option. But only if both parties will do everything it takes. Otherwise, the best you can do is make sure they end up safe and living comfortably from afar. A bit of a piece of spark will always be with that person. Only the shine of it really dims over time. You never really stop loving them and it's always different in some way. You just accept how it is n whether it's appropriate to have that relationship back in union if the time ever arrives. If not maybe you can give each other a hug n get some closure in the sense of that bond ending on a good note. No I won't be a fool n allow anyone I heal or love who ik cannot be trusted to infringe on my life. I will still live but I won't betray anything I make commitment too. How you live without commitment is not the same as when you are. Personally i found myself in a multi partner relationship from dating someone overseas and meeting someone in person later n they pursued and fell in love. I never lied or anything to anyone nor did all 3 of us end up together however things happen. I'm seeing how if I take on more responsibilities though I'll have to let more and more people from the past go. His daughter looks letdown somehow 😢 seeing an angel like that. Maaan.
