  1. A majority of London councils are Tory and they set the council tax bill NOT Khan. If you was from London you would know that but you don't because you're not from London or living in London.

  2.  @Mauvias  The Tory government sets the funding amount allocated to local councils. They have to charge a certain amount to be able to pay for its service, bins need collecting, roads need to be fixed, streets need to be cleaned. Life is not free. Someone has to pay for it and that's where council tax comes into it the clue is in the name.

  3. If your caravan was a static home based in one location they you will pay council tax for the local services, or do you expect stuff to be free because you're a scrounger? Why should I pay for you have your bins taken away or the police to protect you? If it was a mobile home that moved from location to location then you'd not pay it because it's not a fixed address.

  9.  @constantinvaldor3742  People pay their council tax. If they have no money that's because they're unemployed and on benefits and they get a reduced fee but they still pay something. You're either one of two things. A liar or a Russki Pidor. My money is on the latter.
