You can see the OMON building from the theaters front doors. The Op was a Russian false flag attack.The car with the "so called I$IS" arrived in had Ukrainian plates on. As if a Ukrainian car filled with dark skinned bad guys could drive through Moscow , attack the theater , then escape from the city that now has more CCTV cameras then Beijing.
