  2. Clearly you're not from the UK and you don't know UK road laws. Cars are supposed to STOP when a person enters a Zebra crossing and stay STOPPED until the person exits the Zebra crossing.

  3.  @18T220  WATCH THE VIDEO AGAIN. All the pedestrians briefly stop before walking onto the Zebra crossing and are then struck as the are while CROSSING IT.
