  4. Helmets are not supposed to stop a bullet because no helmet can. Their job to protect against shrapnel and blast injuries damaging the brain.

  5.  @joetuktyyuktuk8635  The reason for the design is because they are NATO made helmets and NATO soldiers usually have ear protection/headphones so they can communicate in the heat of battle. That's why they're shaped that way.
