He stationed his army on the Ukrainian borders and LIED to the world about not planing to invade Ukraine. HE is a blood thirsty tyrant and HE is to blame for this war. NOT Zelenskyy for defending HIS nation. NOT NATO for sticking to the agreement of the 1994 Budapest Memorandum that RUSSIA signed. PUTIN and only Putin BROKE the Peace and now his army is being DESTROYED. The Russian economy is in RUINS. The Ruble is NOT worth the paper it's printed on. 1,000,000 Russian casualties. 340,000 Russian Bumskis LIQUIDATED and the Russian Pidors CANNOT even take the Donbas.
