  1.  @bigpants6121  Yes. We British do not have a one person presidential system. We do not vote for the PM. We vote to our local MP and the party who wins most MP's/seats gains power and the MP's of the winning party then choose who becomes the PM. Just like it has for HUNDREDS OF YEARS.

  2. I don't like Rishi but he IS elected. He is elected by his constituents and then voted in as PM by the Tory MP's just like it has always been done.
