  4. I'm in the UK and it's perfectly safe where I live. Last weekend I left my car keys in my ignition and forgot to lock the doors. When I went to drive it on Monday for work the car was still there. You should visit Russia. That's a total crime ridden sh!thole. As the old Chukchi Rus saying goes. "If your neighbor drinks himself to death in the night. Steal his toilet before his family wakes up".
