Had he bothered to pay attention to the agreement that RUSSIA SIGNED he'd have know that the West was going to help Ukraine with Aid and Weapons should Russia ever make war on Ukraine. When the agreement was signed for Ukraine to give up the worlds 3rd largest nuclear arsenal , Russia literally AGREED that the West giving weapons to Ukraine if they ever needed them. GUESS WHAT HAPPENED NEXT?
