34 and just got diagnosed with a grade 4 glioblastoma. I body build and eat cleannnn, fuck it. Live your life. I’m in such a different mindset now. Surgery went well and they removed most of the mass. Chemo/radiation therapy in 2 weeks. I’ve always been career, money, money, money and now it’s like… why? (Sales by the way… soul sucking and I blew most of the money).

@ I’m on permanent disability now. Otherwise I wouldn’t be able to afford the $500k surgery and therapy. Shit is mind blowing in America.

@shoneek thank you so much, it’s finally kicking in and it’s not easy to deal with. I was in shock at first with 20 different doctors coming in and having me sign shit and look at MRI scans. They didn’t sugar coat it which I appreciated.

@ that’s awesome. His quality of life has been good? That’s pretty much all I care about. I’m educated, have perfect eye sight, have been an athlete all my life, etc. actually really worried about the eyesight part, I just don’t want to waste away. It truly puts things in perspective as I have taken my health for granted when so many people have never had any.

@cjwest9094 how did she handle the chemo? I’m super worried about that and radiation, I don’t want my quality of life to plummet. Putting poison in my body is terrifying. Any response would be much appreciated. Thoughts to your wife. I haven’t been sleeping much at night. I’m much better in the day with some caffeine in my system.

@ not a single person has “recovered” from it, some are still alive but it’s because they continue to have surgeries and do chemo! I’m good on all of that. lol. I should be getting my sky dive license soon tho! Chemo is in 10 days! I bought a 1 way plane ticket to Thailand in October.

@ oh I don’t trust any of it. Already have ivermectin ordered and I don’t eat sugar. Either way it’s not really survivable and I’m okay with that. Looking forward to the great quiet of the cosmos that is to come. Just return to stardust. No American rat race, materialism, etc… it’s cathartic.
