  2. Yeah soft skills, so things like perception/intuition and overall language skills with other people. Essentially not being "weird" when talking to people in public, if that makes sense. The last few generations have been consumed by tech since age 1 and lack the ability to communicate effectively with others, they would rather text/send an email before calling someone. Conflict is a BIG part of life that you have to deal with as an adult if you want to get anywhere... and being able to hold your ground while being respectful is key. Not letting people walk all over you, etc...  @pw6002
