@frankgeary7574 been there, just know a 600 score isn’t bad in today’s economy. Restart and get comfortable being uncomfortable. I’m in a 4 year rebuild mode myself and it’s finally getting better. It will get better, but it won’t be easy and there is a lot of self reflection that needs to happen. Spent a lot of nights staring at the ceiling, but remember that self pity/hating yourself is a form of narcissism. The feelings are still real for me. Much love.
