  3. I really don't know on this one... I think they were matched. Joaquin maybe showed a greater amount of emotions, but that was also how his character was written. They were both so, so good. Joaquin has a greater range of acting prowess than Crowe for sure. Overall Joaquin is the better actor, but in Gladiator... they were equals. Though I don't think Crowe could have played Joaquin's character... so your point is valid. @nobshistoryengineering4421
