  3. Dr. Disrespect is known as a NOMAP. (NON-OFFENDING MINOR ATTRACTED PERSON). Although he clearly likes kids (alot), he hasn't done anything to harm a child and no one prosecuted him. You think this is where the justice system would step in and charge him for talking to a kids but whatever
