  1. Lets see if I got this right, Batman caused the creation of the Joker when Joker accidently tripped into the vat of acid, but Jokers actions leading up to his upbringing was the proximate cause. Joker groomed Harley, being the cause of her becoming Harley Quinn, but Harley Quinn made the choice to become Harley Quinn being the proximate cause. So basically, Batman was the cause to Harley Quinn's creation but Joker was the Proximate cause. Hopefully, I used the definitions properly and this makes sense
