  1. Well, from the sound of it, the postal investigators would have a field day. Opening then an avenue for investigation under RICO, which doesn't require the criminal organization to be very organized - which would be entirely appropriate. Given that the party appears to be a thoroughly disorganized criminal organization. Of course, long, long ago I had told some foreigners that we put our best, most proficient criminals into political leadership, where we could keep an eye on them, lest they rob us blind.
