The Hydra rocket is a dumb rocket, largely for unhardened targets and dismounted forces. Armor gets the insanely expensive Hellfire or cannon. The A-10 is a faster aircraft, the Apache can hover in precisely the same way that a brick refuses to. ;) An interesting experiment would be Mi-24 vs AH-64, not sure which would free up more real estate. Against each other, both would be in the hurt locker. Apache has more speed, that's about it. The Apache can withstand 23mm cannon fire. I remember one returning to base with a hole in the cowling around the engine that a service member put his arm through, the pilot didn't even know that he had some cosmetic damage. The Apache was introduced in the 1980's, the weapons initially tested on the AH-1 Cobra, which also remains in service.

The first drone is A US model, the wings are designed to snap off and be snapped back on again. The propeller, that's surprisingly durable, but trivially replaceable in the field. If needed, one can remove the standard video camera and replace it with a FLIR camera. These are infantry company level units. The drone that became a submarine is Portuguese, based upon the warship markings.

Heh, ironic, given the sheer volume of bullshit and bad information found on YouTube. Most, actually due to the speaker not having a clue in the world about what they're blathering about. Things like we can shatter our planet with all of our nukes (we can't even dent it much with even the insane Cold War high number of warheads!), the world would be completely uninhabitable for centuries (nope, a week after, most of the hottest radioisotopes are decayed out, at two weeks, only some strontium-90, cesium-137 and a trace remains of iodine-131. I started out in nuclear weapons in Pershing Missiles in the Army, then ended up on the radiological survey teams for the remainder of my career, regardless of what my regular job was, it was an additional duties as assigned.
