  1. Naw, it was some drunk guy who got off the bus at the wrong stop, stumbled into the building and was the victim of a wall collapse. While stumbling about disoriented, he found himself on top of the vault and took a wicked beer piss, eroding the bolts and tumbling into the shoddily constructed vault. He then grabbed what he thought was his shaving kit, but was actually an accidentally mistaken bag with $30 million in cash and coins and stumbled from the building. He's currently sleeping it off in the drunk tank, the police property receiving not noticing the modest amount of petty cash inside of his shaving bag.

  3. Honest mistake, they obviously thought it was a new access door for the riding lawnmower. No, I'm not going to replace that monitor and keyboard. You shouldn't be drinking near them while reading youtube comments.
