  1. Around eight and a half minutes in, the building was identified as a fertility clinic. Coverage as of an hour ago stated the deceased was the prime suspect. The building appears to be essentially destroyed, with around half partially to fully collapsed.

  4. I suspect it's their misguided attempt at soothing the public. "We're so awesome that means you're not in danger". Not a super amount of priority, per other coverage as their prime suspect is the one deceased at the scene. The fertility clinic is essentially destroyed, imagery from other sources show around 1/3 completely collapsed, around 1/2 partially collapsed, massive fire damage. So, I'm guessing that the deceased didn't like the idea of people having babies.
