  3.  @Lurch685  interesting, as in many states, including mine, I can have any lockpicking tool that I want to and actually do have. And having training and the privilege of carrying a concealed firearm for security purposes requires a certification in order to practice the same commercially. In my state, it's a Act 235 certification and that commands a premium. Cops do get an exemption, some law enforcement thingie or other about knowing and understanding the law, which gets rather undermined by a fair number of youtube videos... And even a cop cannot carry a firearm off duty into certain areas, state laws do not override federal laws, period. Thank you for playing, please try again.
