Remember that whenever some damned fool spouts off about total war, for WWII was a case of total war on both sides.

  2. Those bombs still claim lives every few years as well. As for the vacant properties, I'd suggest turning what can be converted to neighborhood parks and memorials to those lost in the campaign.
