@AmericanWoman-rh2xm got a case of a dozen in Colorado as well, being investigated now and suffice it to say, they're pissed. Gonna be a bumpy ride this election! Let's hope that the dumbasses enjoy prison food and commissary fees. And if mail is involved and it likely is, federal charges at 20 years and $200k fines per offense. Investigation underway in Colorado for a dozen ballots that were "intercepted", which means either fraudulently re-registered by an unauthorized party or stolen from the recipient's mailbox. That alone is 20 years per offense max plus $200k fine per offense - and the mailing of a fraudulent ballot is another 20 years per offense max and $200k fine per offense. Suffice it to say, Colorado's officially pissed off. Now, this in Lancaster County, PA. Per mailing of fraudulent application, same penalties as above. Those are just the federal charges, the state can also get their stripe of hide. The feds might need to build a new prison, given the rate this crap is starting to happen! Thankfully, clerks are alert, performing their duties and catching these things. And questioning iffy signatures, contacting voters to cure their ballot so that it can be counted. Dauphin County already sent me a receipt of my mail in ballot, it'll be counted on Nov 5, per state law. So, a special thanks to our nation's county elections clerks for their tireless, thankless hard work! This retired military veteran salutes all who faithfully perform their duties to their county, state and nation!

Nope, the problem was spotted, unless you also want a special ID for every other right you currently enjoy. Because, the first people impacted would be the deployed military being unable to present their ID's to vote, hence denied their vote. And removing a reason to defend the nation.

So, you want to deny the military their vote when they're deployed? Why, since obviously it was caught? Who else do you want to deny their rights to? What other rights do you want to strip your fellow citizens of? When do you want a second amendment ID card being required as well? And a first amendment ID card? Soon, we'll be carrying around unnecessary Encyclopedia Britannica sized ID card stacks!

And that's how this fraud was caught, right? Do you have a special ID for driving and for owning a motor vehicle? No, just for operating the vehicle on a public highway. Otherwise, you'll be denying our military their right to vote while deployed. Why serve when your rights get absolutely stripped? I wouldn't have put in over 28 years of my life defending that which I could not enjoy! And you'd have ended up praying to Allah.

@cynthiamackenzie2273 thank the Democrats for the deployed military having the right to vote. Now, want voter ID? OK, we'll also need a first amendment ID for reach right enumerated there, a second amendment ID for the right to keep and bear arms, might as well get an ID to show that police need a warrant to search or confiscate your property and papers... All because someone wants an unnecessary ID card to catch those who have just been caught, hence bigger government, more government spending for absolutely no benefit other than gratification of their fever dreams to deny their peers their rights. But, once the military can't vote, do enjoy praying to Putin or Allah or whoever else comes down the pike, because we'll not defend you.

@MountainmommaWV3 they should have their voter ID on the voting form? There is no place to put a voter ID or any other ID on the form. There is no universal voter form either, each state has their own form and own laws in regards to voting, per the Constitution itself. And in my over 28 years of military service, we never had any kind of form dedicated to voting, only check boxes on a state mail ballot request form.

Falsified ballots that were "intercepted" and mailed in Colorado were caught on signature check and approach by the county to the voters that had their ballots stolen "cured". Investigation underway and suffice it to say, the state is not entertained. Whoever did it with a dozen ballots is looking at $200k per two dozen offenses and 240 years hard federal time, plus whatever the state gets out of their hide. Now, Lancaster County, PA. Gonna be a bumpy ride during this election. :/ Hope they catch the stinkers all around and on conviction, lose the goddamned key. Good job, county clerks! Keep up the good work!

If the mail was stolen, that's 20 years and $200k max per count, plus mailing the fraudulent ballot gets the same, all federal, since the mail is involved. Hell of a high price for an election of someone one doesn't even personally know. And before another idiot calls them a traitor, traitors commit treason, treason is only taking up arms against the government or giving aid and comfort to an enemy and we're out of those since Congress hasn't declared war on anyone. Ain't sedition either, as that requires violence, so Jan 6 was sedition in a number of cases and convictions and sentences are being served and numbers are climbing. Fraud is enough and interference in a government proceeding at the felony level. Let them be a guest of the government in the gray bar hotel for a few centuries.
