  1. I've been to Trinidad only in summer. Yeah, it gets crowded, traffic is annoying, parking is scarce, the beach is full. Lots of boats in the harbor, many of them fishing boats. I watched them unload and so did the pelicans and gulls, waiting for scraps tossed overboard. There's a restaurant at the pier and even though the fish is fresh from the ocean its preparation was disappointing.
