  1. Cheney is one of guys who specialize in war business. Trump doesn't want war because he cares about people lives. So, those generals, Bolton, Cheney, etc. spewed bad things to Trump because Trump fired them for not following his policy of no-war.

  2. RFK Jr role will be overseeing the agencies to make sure the policy is implemented. Similar role to Kamala who was Border czar and foreign policy leader except that Kamala failed her official tasks.
