  1. Taiwan was not part of 1947 ROC constitution. At that time, Taiwan was still legally part of Japan momentarily under the trustee of the US before the Japan-Allies 1952 treaty.

  2.  @greatsky8226  Don't you realize that Taiwan state existed 1648 before the country of China (1912). Before China, it was Qing country by the Machurian colonizers. And the current Chinese government started only in 1949. So, everything is a lie from the Chinese government.

According to the constitution, the territories cannot be altered. The current RoC government is according to the additional articles outside the original constitution specific for Taiwanese government.
