  1. Only China can change the status quo: 1. In case of military invasion, it is China to blame for causing the world in chaos. 2. In case of formal recognition of Taiwan, it is China to cherish for endorsing Taiwan as official member of the UN.

  3.  @一片祥和台上台下  Taiwan has been independent for over 70 years after being freed and independent from Japan (not China). That is the "Status Quo" agreed by all participating countries in the peace treaty.

  4.  @一片祥和台上台下  The sovereign power of Taiwan belongs to the Taiwanese people and not from foreign countries , not by China and not by the USA. They are just external factors to consider in Taiwanese decision for their chosen way of life.
