  5.  @sarahlee9979  KMT did not invade Taiwan, rather the KMT soldiers came from China on 1945 for the first time following the military of order of the USA to maintain peace and order in their behalf after Japan surrendered to the US. You really need to learn Taiwan history.

The US was the occupying force of Japan including Taiwan (as territorial part of Japan) after the Japanese surrender. KMT soldiers as proxy of the US was following the military general order no1. issued by the US Gen. Mc Arthur. Search it to learn the facts.
