  1. @ Except Poland, most EU members failed to fund according to the 2% GPD making the US almost carrying the finances for war. It's not a fair to rely on the US. So Trump has the valid reason to stop supporting the alliance if the members don't support fairly. That's the main point. Got it?

But in 2014, only 3 members met the target. Trump managed to force the members to increase to 9 meeting the target during his first term.
