He said he missed the call of Biden and he told Biden later that he already got what they needed for immediate relief which implied that Biden's call was many hours late after Trump's site visit and the gov had his immediately relief went through before Biden's call. As a president, Biden should personally visit the devastated site immediately to see first hand for quick response but he did not. And Trump was there with private relief.
