  1. Little Saturn remains "little" in history books, although it was a shatter point of the whole war. Basically, after 17th of December 1942 Axis had no chance to remain in Caucasus area (in fact Army Group A started withdrawing) . Thus, they abandoned the drive for oil, as a consequence had to limit number of vehicles in their armies - and got simply outgunned in the field, losing the war.
